5 Great Meatless Grill Recipes

It seems to me that a lot of people know how to grill meat but they forget or don’t know about grilling anything else but their are so many great vegetarian grill recipes. I personally love grilling veggies because it adds a flavor and texture that is just so hard to replicate in the kitchen and I get to be outside in my beautiful back yard while cooking! So today I am going to share five of my favorite meatless grill recipes with you all to inspire everyone to experiment more out on the grill!



It’s that time of year when the days are starting to get longer and warmer and we can all start venturing back outside and using our grills again. #2 Caramelized Grilled Pineapple

These brown sugar and cinnamon grilled pineapple spears will blow your mind! If you have never grilled any fruit, this would be a great place to start. #4 Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushroom Skewers

Another great skewer recipe, if you don’t have some you should pick some up here They are cheap and extremely useful for grilling as they allow you to grill a lot of things that would be otherwise impossible or very difficult. Anyways, who doesn’t love garlicy mushrooms? These are sure to give you that savory, umami flavor that can be lacking in vegetarian recipes.

#5 Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

Yes, that’s right, grilled peaches with ice cream. I know this may not be the healthiest recipe, but it’s so much better than most other desserts! And the purpose of this post is to inspire people to grill things they wouldn’t think about grilling otherwise. So yes, you can grill peaches or other stone fruit and, yes, it’s delicious and amazing! Add some good vanilla ice cream and you have a decadent and amazing grilled dessert!
