Apple Cinnamon Bombs
Sweet apple filling wrapped in croissant dough and rolled in cinnamon sugar. Yum!
should be eight triangular pieces
peeled and diced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together cinnamon and white sugar on a small plate and set aside.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add diced apples and brown sugar and cook until apples are caramelized and mixture starts to thicken, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Line a baking sheet and lay out the pastry triangles.
Put a dollop of the apple filling in the middle of the widest part of the triangle and wrap the dough around it.
Roll the pastry balls in the cinnamon sugar and evenly space them on your baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. They should be golden brown and the filling will be very hot. Enjoy!
