Instructions
Pork Chops
  1. Combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, turmeric, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl or cup. Brush evenly over pork chops. Let marinade sit while your oven heats up.
  2. Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Cook pork chops for 25-40 minutes, depending on thickness, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked. Set aside.
Pasta
  1. Cook pasta al dente according to directions.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine cream of mushroom soup, water, milk, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Turn heat up to medium and cook until it starts to thicken, 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces, trimming any large pieces of fat, and add to skillet along with pasta and sauce and stir to combine. Cook for another minute and it’s ready to serve!
