We love chocolate. I’m not really a fan of most sweets, though Heather definitely is, but I just can’t resist anything chocolate. We also love tinkering around in the kitchen and coming up with new cookie recipes. Usually these include chocolate in some form. It was precisely because of these dual passions that these wonderful Marshmallow Fudge Cookies came to be.

They were such a hit that the cookies were gobbled up nearly instantly! We just had to write this one down and share it. Your family or friends are sure to love these soft, gooey chocolate cookies inspired by holiday fudge. Especially if they are chocolate lovers like us.

This Christmas we joined Heather’s family for their annual Christmas baking day and we made all kinds of goodies. Including decorated sugar cookies, shortbread, fudge, and almond toffee. One of our personal favorites was marshmallow creme fudge. It was so delicious! It inspired us to transform that idea into a cookie and the results were fantastic!

Making cookies is one of our favorite things to do together. We’ve made countless varieties together. These cookies are rich and fudgy like their inspiration. They have the perfect combination of a nice crisp exterior and a soft and gooey interior. They are just too good! We hope you enjoy these as much as we did!
