  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Evenly space parsnip slices on a lined baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes. Then, flip over and roast for another 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
  3. While the parsnips are roasting, heat butter over medium heat until starting to brown.
  4. Add shallots to brown butter and cook until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve parsnips with shallots and brown butter sauce poured over the top.
